Product description

Combined flow and return manifold with chambers arranged adjacent to each other, separated by sinusoidal partition wall, with horizontally welded-on hydronix junction located directly below.
Consisting of square profiles S235. The HydroFixx is pressure-tested and primed at the factory. 

  • The supply from/to the heating boiler is possible both from the top onto the compact manifold and from the bottom to the hydronic junction.
  • Heating circuit connections as threaded and / or flanged connectors PN 6 / PN 16 and aligned to the height of the shut-off valves.
  • With downward-running sludge trap with 1" desludging sleeve.

Magnetite separation module - Flange

Attention: All magnetite separation modules in flange-type design are not suitable for retrofitting.

For separation of ferromagnetic substances.
Consisting of an additional flanged connector DN 125 PN 6, equipped with sealing, screws, nuts, and blind flange fitted with magnetite filter bars, depending on the size of the selected HydroFixx.

Draining gutter

Made of galvanized sheet steel, size: 100/125/100 mm with 2" drain sieve.
Fastening devices: Stand bracket, galvanized (height adaptable by customer), wall bracket, galvanized
(max. outreach 200 mm)

Identification plate

Made of galvanized sheet steel with transparent cover for three-line label for screw fixing to the thermal insulation. Size: 100 x 50 mm, colours: red for flow line / blue for return line
